This automated line deployed in Vietnam combines a CNC turret punch press and a fullyautomatic gantry sheet handling manipulator. Optimised for punching and contour machining of metal sheets, the system has completed onsite installation, wiring and commissioning, and is fully ready for massproduction.

1. Gantry Frame + Vacuum Suction Unit Highprecision gantry with grouped vacuum cups reliably handles coldrolled, stainlesssteel and aluminium sheets. It achieves singlesheet separation, picking and feeding, avoiding sheet scratching, doublesheet stacking and manual heavylifting risks.
2. Railguided Material Trolley Stores full stacks of raw sheets. Forklifts can load material directly to cut frequent manual handling, supporting continuous mass production.
3. PLC Intelligent Control System Features autorun, manual tuning, parameter setup and fault alarm. Easytolearn operation; parameters adjustable for different sheet sizes and production cycles.
4. Industrial Voltage Stabiliser Stable power supply prevents stalling and positioning drift caused by voltage fluctuation, securing longhour continuous operation.
