A tall building rises from its solid foundation. Since heavy-duty racks bear tons of goods, the floor anchor system serves as the safety core for the whole rack structure. On the construction site, skilled workers are pre-assembling and debugging adjustable anchor base assemblies. It is impossible for the concrete floor of the factory building to stay perfectly flat. The metal base fitted with adjustable bolts delivers multiple core functions. Workers can adjust the height of each standalone column by turning the screw rods and level the whole set of racks. The widened steel plate disperses heavy pressure from the columns and prevents damage to the floor slab. Later, expansion bolts will fasten bases to the ground, firmly anchoring racks in place and avoiding displacement or tipping-over risks caused by forklift collisions and unbalanced cargo loads. The lifted columns are kept away from pooled water on the ground to slow down rust at the bottom of steel components.
In the early-stage construction, on-site staff complete layout positioning in line with the warehouse blueprint, arrange anchor parts at marked spots, finish base assembly and nut debugging, and get fully prepared for subsequent column installation. Installation accuracy is strictly controlled for every detail.
Co-operative Team Work for Sturdy Storage Frame Assembly
After the anchor installation procedure, the assembly of the main rack structure is in full swing. Multiple certified installation workers wear safety helmets and high-visibility reflective vests, and work together to fit columns, horizontal supports and diagonal tension braces. The overall frame of heavy-duty beam-type racks features a sophisticated structure. Crossarranged diagonal braces strengthen the overall rigidity and anti-shake performance of racks. Team-members cooperate closely to align column fasteners, lock connecting fittings and build neat and firm three-dimensional rack frameworks section by section. All on-site work complies with construction safety codes. The connection of high-altitude components and fastener tightening are carried out in good order to guarantee stable and reliable rack structures.
